Convenings
Critical Conversations facilitates periodic convenings in which artists, arts writers, and cultural producers from Oregon and beyond gather to think through pertinent topics in the field of Contemporary Art related to art practice, writing, public programming, education, markets, community impacts, related institutional structures, and socio-cultural currents in Oregon and the world.
Current Opportunities
Critical Conversations is accepting 250 word proposals in support of Oregon curators and arts writers coming together to further a project. Microgrants of $1,000 are available for convenings occurring between January 1, 2024 and September 30, 2024. Please see application PDF for more information.
